Our History
14Bisness began as a Startup
In 2002 an Intellectual Property and Innovation project was selected to be developed at the Science, Technology & Arts Incubator at the Federal University of Pernambuco campus. With the success of its goals, Diana and Claudia Jungmann officially founded 14Bisness in 2004.
With the visibility of work produced Diana Jungmann was invited aboard the Institute of the National Confederation of Industries (CNI) as Innovation Manager in 2005. Later she became Coordinator and spokesperson of IP and Bioeconomy.
14Bisness remained active on smaller projects during her time at CNI, becoming fully active once again in 2016 with its transfer to Brasilia the capital of Brazil.
Our Purpose
and Values
Inspired by Brazilian inventor and aviation pioneer Alberto Santos-Dumont and his manned powered biplane 14-bis, we believe in how the power of inventiveness and desire to challenge the status quo can affect the world.
14bisness was founded based on prior experiences developing an idea from concept to commercial product. By learning how to navigate through this challenging journey, we help guide entrepreneurs through the process with the expertise and energy necessary to achieve their goals clearly and effectively.
Our Work
In three years of operation we have been proud to work with prestigious clients like Qualcomm, world leader in mobile communication technology; the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO); Ourofino leader in animal health in Latin America; the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), the most important think tank in Brazil and São Paulo University (USP) ranked as the best public university in the country.
